Formula 1 Signs PwC as Official Consulting Partner Starting with Miami GP

The multi-year partnership aims to boost F1’s global growth through strategic consulting expertise

Formula 1 has added another high-profile name to its growing roster of global partners, officially announcing a multi-year agreement with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) to become its official consulting partner starting with this weekend’s Miami Grand Prix.

The partnership will see PwC, one of the "Big Four" accounting firms, provide strategic consulting services across multiple aspects of F1’s international operations, in exchange for global branding opportunities at events and across media platforms.

Strategic Partnership to Fuel F1's Growth

As part of the agreement, PwC will work closely with Formula 1’s leadership to enhance operational performance and support the sport’s continued commercial and technological expansion. The consultancy will provide expertise in areas such as innovation, digital transformation, and global market development, helping Formula 1 navigate a rapidly evolving international business environment.

“As two brands founded upon the need to solve complex problems at the highest level, partnering with PwC is a natural fit for Formula 1,” said Emily Prazer, F1’s Chief Commercial Officer.

“Their consultancy expertise will support our complex and evolving business as we look to innovate and continue our global growth.”

Aligning with a High-Performance Brand

PwC, formed in 1998 through the merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, generated $50.3 billion in global revenue in 2022. The firm will now bring its global strategy capabilities to a sport that thrives on innovation, speed, and data-driven decision-making.

“Formula 1 represents the kind of high-performance environment where strategy, speed and innovation converge – and that’s where PwC thrives,” said Paul Griggs, PwC’s US Senior Partner.

“We see an incredible opportunity to support F1 in its drive to the leading edge, bringing innovative thinking to complex challenges and helping shape their future in an ever-changing global landscape.”

A Growing List of Premium Partnerships in 2025

The announcement makes PwC the latest brand to align with Formula 1 during a commercially vibrant 2025 season, which has already seen new partnerships signed with Barilla, LVMH, and ALT Sports Data.

F1 continues to position itself as an elite global platform not only for motorsport but also for strategic business engagement, entertainment, and technological innovation.
